Working with Marbeth was an absolute cakewalk and can only recommend their work. They are very professional and work fast. Even with revisions given they adjust fast and make it look so insanely pretty! Communication was smooth and DMs are answered fast, which is always such a relief as a client! PRIOR TO COMMISSION

• The commission must all be paid in full in order to start the drawing• Prices are in USD and the payment would be through Paypal• Once an invoice has been sent, the payment must be submitted within 10 days.• Depending on your position on the Waiting list, your commission may take more or less time, so be patient.• If you need your commission finished before a certain date, tell me before payment/ordering so I confirm you if I can have your drawing finished on time.

DURING COMMISSION

• For all commissions I need Image references, any image or drawing is very useful for me.• After sending the sketch and test color you can make the changes you want until you are satisfied. No more changes will be made if you have already confirmed the sketch• Client must remain communicative to ensure that progress can be continuously made till the deliverable date. Should the client maintain a non-communicative stand for more than 7 days, i have the right to pause the project without affecting the deadline.•Every update before the sketch will be on Trello, and the client must follow their card to get the updates via Email.

03.

POST COMMISSION

• The client must properly identify Marbeth Mesta as the creator of the commission• You can provide a date on which you want the commission to be posted but if you don't want your commission to be showed on my social networks, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is enforced.• Unless it is commercial art, once the piece is finished i retain all rights to use it.• I reserves the right to display the commission in their portfolio unless confidentiality is requested for a certain period of time.

Privacy

• Please do NOT copy / trace / sell / heavily reference / use without permmission (from me or the commission's owner) / edit any of my works.• Client is not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of the deliverables for non-fungible tokens (NFT), cryptocurrency and generating derivatives works using AI software and generators.• Is nor tolerable the submission of plagiarised or AI generated work as reference material or assets for the creation of the deliverables.

• Marbeth Mesta acknowledges that the information and materials that are supplied by the client (including but not limited to personal information, technical information, marketing plans, or sensitive business information), or are incorporated into the deliverables shall be considered confidential information and shall not be disclosed to the public without the client's prior written permission.
